Offensive T-shirts are a rage with everyone (well, almost!). But seems like there is a line drawn which nobody should cross when it comes to selling offensive T-shirts.
A man (identity suppressed by the court), has been sentenced to complete 120 hours of community work after he pleaded guilty to offensive behavior for having t-shirts made with the slogan "white power Alice Springs". He even offered them for sale from his car. According to magistrate John Birch, the man "received a lighter sentence for offensive behavior because he had pleaded guilty and was obviously remorseful."
